Design and Delivery Explained

As a roofing contractor, you need things to be fast and easy, and we agree! Whether you order online or work with our sales team, we make getting your custom Smart Tarps smooth and transparent.
 
What Happens After I Order?
 

1. Confirmation & Design Submission: You’ll immediately receive a confirmation email with a link to easily upload your logo and choose design options for your Smart Tarps.

2. Artwork Support: We recommend sending your logo in vector format (like an .AI or .EPS file). If you need help, don’t worry—our Graphics Team is here to guide you!

3. Proofing Process: Typically Within 48–72 hours, you will receive six (6) artwork proofs to review and revise. We won't go to production until you are 100% satisfied and give final approval. If you have any questions or need immediate assistance, just call us at 816-327-2921.

   • Need a hand? If we don't receive your artwork within 24-48 hours, our Graphics Team will call you directly to help.

4. Production & Delivery: Once you approve the artwork, your Smart Tarps go straight into production. Delivery is typically 14–21 business days from your final approval, depending on the time of year.
