Smart Tarps™ are constructed in an environmentally conscious, lightweight, vinyl substrate for outdoor applications. Smart Tarps™ boasts a 40 percent lower carbon footprint and weight than standard flexible vinyl—yet its durability and printability are comparable to heavier premium vinyl substrates.
Tear Strength, Butterfly D1004 (mod): 30 x 30 lbs (133 x 133 N). Excellent rip stop to help keep puncture holes or tears from propagating. To tear the material in half, 30 lb of pressure per square inch must be applied to both sides of the tear for it to continue tearing.
Hydrostatic Resistance D751-B: 200 psi (1.4 MPa). Resistant to water damage. The surface of the vinyl can take up to 200 psi before the material will start to fail, so it can be cleaned with pressurized water (less than 200 psi) without compromising the vinyl.
Ball Puncture D751: 130 lbs (578 N). Resistant to punctures. The surface of the vinyl can take up to 130 lbs of pressure from a dull object before the material will puncture.
Warranty: Smart Mesh graphics are warrantied for 2 years against fading and peeling. Hems and grommets carry a 6-month manufacturer's warranty against defects (predicated on a return of the defective unit and an engineering review to determine if excess tension or force was placed on the perimeter).

Within 3 to 5 days of receiving your logo and design choices, you get four master design mock-ups. Review and revise them with our graphics team until they are exactly right. Already have a design in mind? Upload it with your logo and we will rebuild it print-ready.
Nothing prints until you approve your designs.
Your order ships 14 to 21 business days after artwork approval, depending on the season.
