After completing your online order, you will receive an email with an upload link and design options. Fill out the order form you receive in response to your purchase. You will need to upload your logo and decide on your initial QR Code action (make a call/go to website). Within 48-72 hours, you will receive multiple artwork proofs to revise and approve. If you need help or are unsure what to do, just call us at 816-207-5663. Once you approve the design and layout, we will put you into production. Delivery typically takes 10-14 business days from approval, depending on the season. All Smart Tarp purchases include QR Hosting and Scan Data analytics for 1 year from purchase.

When you order a Combo Pack, you receive a set of Smart Tarps™ that are perfectly tailored for multiple job types, ensuring you have the right tarp for every roofing situation. Our custom design process involves laying out the graphics in a manner that caters to the specific requirements of different homes—whether it's a single-story soffit, 1 ½, 2, 2 ½, and high peak homes. For example, one of our standard sizes, a 16FTWx20FTL (vertical) Smart Tarp™, is optimized to provide seamless coverage and protection, perfectly fitting the dimensions and angles of high peak roofs among other types. The Combo Packs are designed to bring efficiency and versatility to your roofing projects, making sure you always have the ideal Smart Tarp™ on hand.

A: Attaching the Smart Tarp™ is straightforward and flexible, ensuring ease of use for all tasks. The Smart Tarp™ is triple hemmed on all four sides for added durability and features brass commercial grommets every 24 inches for secure fastening. Depending on the specific job requirements, the Smart Tarp™ can be installed at the soffit, gutter, or shingle. This versatility allows it to attach to the roof in the same manner as any other tarp, so your subcontractors and teams won't need to modify their usual installation processes. This ease of attachment and robust construction make the Smart Tarp™ an efficient and reliable choice for the roofing industry.

One of the benefits our customers love the most is the simplicity of installation. A 16x20 Smart Tarp only weighs 28lbs. We have seen a complete deployment in less than 10 minutes.

Although we call it a "tarp" a Smart Tarp is actually manufactured from commercial grade coated vinyl substrate , designed to be incredibly durable, it is in comparison, stronger than any other product in the roofing space, including mesh, standard tarps and typical vista print style banners.

Smart Tarp™ are yes by our definition a "Tarp" however, they are not manufactures from trapline but from a vinyl substrate equivalent to the durability of a 20mil+ run of the mill mesh or bargain tarp

Our Starter package is 4 Tarps, 16 x 20, or 20x30, or a mix of the two.

No, your logo will not scratch off or fade. Smart Tarps are printed with UV-protected ink and are guaranteed not to fade. The printing is done below the first layer of coated vinyl, so it won't scratch off. You can even clean your Smart Tarps with a 200 PSI power washer, and they will look great all season.

Your custom designed Smart Tarps tm will typically ship 10-14 business days after artwork approval.

Smart Tarp™ are the equivalent to a 12 to 15 mil tarp with superior tear strength,

· Excellent Rip Stop to help any puncture holes or tears from propagating

· Resistant water damage

· Smart Tarp™, can take up to 200psi (or 1.4MPa) in pressure and can be cleaned with pressurized water (less than 200 psi)

· Resistant to punctures up to 130 lbs.

6 months warranty against manufacturer defects such as ink fading in excess of 25% or any ink peeling upon initial usage.
